Frequently Asked Questions and Returns Policy

Q: Do you do custom work? (business logo, boat wrap design, shirt designs, original commissions, tattoos?)

A: Steve is no longer able to take on any custom wraps, logos or shirt designs. He gets daily requests and would love to say yes to everyone but he is swamped with the demand for new artwork for his own brand.
Steve only releases 3-4 originals each year as each piece requires a lot of time to achieve the style he is known for. Thank you for thinking of him, he truly appreciates the support!

Q: Where can I find your upcoming events?

 Q: How much does an original cost? 

A: Steve's original pieces range from $4,000 for original drawings-$10,000+ for his full color and commissioned pieces. It is all depending on technique and time. If you would like to sign up to purchase an original, please contact usso we can let you know about his current "works in progress" and the estimated completion dates. 

 

Q: Can I commission Steve do do a piece for me?

Steve usually takes on 1-2 art commissions per year. Due to his workload, commissioned pieces are done on a case by case basis with only mid 2021-2022 availability. Please contact us for more information.

 

Q: Where is my order? How do I track my order?

A: Automated shipping updates are sent via email through our shipping carriers. If you have not received an update after the processing time (up to 7 business days for performance shirts) please contact us. We have found that sometimes our emails and replies go to "Spam/Junk" folders, please check your folders just in case. We are a small business and will get back to you as soon as we can Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. 

 

Q: Do you sell frames?

A: We offer the lobster trap framed art with mini canvas and some canvas giclees. If you would like to get any of your artwork framed, we recommend our friends at Lobster Trap Art Gallery in Islamorada, Florida. They can make frames for paper prints and giclees as well as ship internationally. Please click here to be directed to their site.

 

 Q: Do you offer metal prints?

 A: Metal prints are available in the limited edition series. Great for outdoors. They do cost more (est 50% or more) so please contact us for a quote.

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: Steve does not have a storefront or pickup locations at this time.

 

Q: Is Diossy Art Studio: After School Art Program in Vero Beach, Fl your studio?

Diossy Art Studio in Vero Beach is Steve's mother, Hedy Diossy's, art studio for children. Merchandise CANNOT be purchased or picked up from this location.Due to COVID 19 her business is open to current students only. No visitors please.

Q: Why haven't you replied to my email?

A: We are a small business and appreciate you! Email is the best way of getting a hold of someone. We normally reply within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.) We have found that sometimes our emails and replies go to "Spam/Junk" folders, please check your folders just in case. 

Q: What are your shipping, returns policies?

(These policies pertain to U.S.purchases generated online through www.stevediossy.com only.)

Unwashed or Unworn items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid when returned within 30 days or purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date may be eligible for a merchandise credit for the price paid.

Please note, we DO NOT have a storefront.Once the return is received, a refund will be issued so you can place a new order. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return/exchange items. 

We are not responsible for shipping costs of items ordered by mistake or the incorrect size. If the items are defective, shipping costs will be covered by us.

Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit. Please note: returns for a refund under FREE SHIPPING promotions are subject to shipping costs. 

Shipping

Standard Shipping Delivery Orders will arrive within 7 – 14 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O., Rural Routes, APO, FPO, Canadian and UK addresses.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return/exchange items. We are not responsible for shipping costs of items ordered by mistake or the incorrect size. If the items are defective, shipping costs will be covered by us.

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

International Shipping

International shipping is available at checkout. Pricing is estimated via carrier selected. Canvas artwork can be shipped internationally under special order. Please contact us for more information.
